RENTAL
We are committed to finding the ideal Tenant for each property and for finding each Tenant with the property that best suits their requirements. Tenants/Renting Our approach to Rental fees has always been to take fees monthly in exactly the same manner that rental income is collected from the tenant every month. We are also registered to maintain Tenants’ deposits in a separate bank account independent of the landlord as per April 2007 legislation requirements.

OVERSEAS
Over the past few years, there has been an increasing demand for properties abroad; whether for investment or simply to purchase a home in the sun. In response to this trend, CHL Properties have diversified into the Overseas Property market, initially focussing on the UAE (Dubai) but recently extending into other countries such as Egypt and Morocco.
Our Overseas Department have formed close affiliations with relevant companies in the Dubai property market to sell exclusive properties directly from Dubai developers “off plan” before construction has commenced. In fact, we ourselves have recently purchased offices and one and two bed apartments in Dubai and therefore are confident that we can continue to provide our customers with the same level of personal and professional service when buying their “dream home”.

ACCREDITATIONS
CHL Properties are Members of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) and provisional Members of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), although the company is currently working towards a full membership.
OPENING HOURS
Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5m and Sunday 11am – 2pm, although we are often open at least one evening a week until 8pm on Thursdays.
